DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We appreciate the time authors take to sign books for Goldsboro Books and it is important to remember that authors don’t always sign before or on the publication date due to heavy schedules, which means that there may be delays in sending your signed copy to you.

We will send the book as soon as we can after carefully packing it.

So, as a book lover / collector, please be patient. Signed and collectible books are always worth waiting for!

Availability dates are there as a guide and are subject to change. Please refer to these when enquiring about books undelivered when the publication date has passed.

We will process your order within 48 hours of stock being available and/or signed. Delivery times are outside of our control, but for UK deliveries, orders are shipped within 2-3 working days (it may take slightly longer during busy periods) by 1st class tracked signed for service.

Overseas delivery is subject to Customs clearance procedures and your local postal service delivery schedule.

Overseas deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail international tracked service. This service aims to deliver within 5-7 days; however, it may take longer on occasion due to Bank Holidays and random Customs checks. This service is new and continually being developed by Royal Mail, therefore if you would like to receive an update on your parcel please email us with your order number and we will send you the tracking number.

If you wish to have your order (4 and less books) sent via a courier, please email us for a quote.

If you purchase a number of titles that are released in the future we will send them separately and P&P will be charged accordingly to reflect the additional shipping cost. Time is of the essence in the Seller's performance of its obligations. We will dispatch orders by date of availability and will no longer be able to collate orders to dispatch together in order to achieve faster delivery times. We will not hold books for more than 2 weeks after release dates due to lack of storage space.

COLLECT FROM STORE

If you wish to collect your books from us rather than have them shipped to you, due to lack of storage, we are happy to hold them for up to 3 weeks after the order is processed. If the books aren't collected within a month, we will mail them to you at your own cost.

GUARANTEE

All books are packed professionally in bubble wrap and shipped in boxes.
